How to Purchase

1. Review "Terms of Use" prior to purchase

By selecting "Add to Cart" for online credit card payments or submitting the order form you are agreeing to our standard "Terms of Use" as well as the specific requirements associated with your selection.

Note: Each online training program and assessment has an agreed upon completion date, or term of access. A free one-month extension will be granted if student anticipates needing more time and contacts the registrar.

2. Pre-requisites

If noted in the catalog, contact registrar by email or at 818.249.9692 x2 to review prerequisites, submit your order form and confirm method of payment

3. Determine method of payment

- Credit card, online: Enter the student name and email address (ie: Alec Towne/atowne@tem.edu) and click “ADD TO CART."  Upon the acceptance of your online shopping cart payment, log-in codes will be sent by email that can be used to being the course or assessment immediately.

For additional students on the same order, select "Continue Shopping" which will return you to the Catalog page.  At any time you may access your shopping cart by selecting "View Cart" on the Catalog page, or complete your purchase from the Shopping Cart by selecting "Click Here to Pay by Credit Card or PayPal."

- Credit card, by phone: For payment by credit card by phone, complete the order form and fax or mail it to the registrar, who will contact you for credit card information.

- Order by mail:  Complete and sign the order form and mail with payment. For additional registrants, attach a separate sheet listing each student with name, email address and phone number.

- On account, by purchase order:  Contact our accounting department for pre-approval.  Fax or email a signed order form and purchase order to 818.249.5669.  Access (log-in) codes will be emailed to the students or registrants listed on the order form.
