1. Decide on your method of purchase.

- Multiple simultaneous training enrollments or assessment registrations should be made via fax or mailing of our order form.

- For payment by check download and complete the order form and mail it with your payment.

- For "online" payment, click "add to cart." after supplying the name and email address of the learner for training programs or registrant in the case of an assessment.

- For payment by credit card by phone please complete the order form and fax or mail it to the registrar who will contact you.

- For payment by purchase order, contact our accounting department.

2. Review the Terms of Use prior to purchase.

By selecting "Add to Cart" or submitting the order form you are agreeing to the requirements and Terms of Use associated with your selection. Please click and review "Requirements" before proceeding.

3. If you have a coupon code from a Learning Center Affiliate
