The Tutor Skills Tests are designed to provide individuals, or the programs they participate in, with a national, impartial benchmark of their knowledge, skills and overall practice. They are aligned with the "Tutoring Foundations" curriculum, which itself is in articulation with the academic requirements for tutor certification by the National Tutoring Association.

The Tutor Skills Tests and the Tutoring Foundations Tutor Training program are both accepted for NTA certification.  See our Professional Development page for more information.
